    Well,for the instinc3 a Must Say,it's a cool and usefull watch but it's kind of hard to get it's full potential,to many funtions for the few buttoms,takes time to get use to it,i think it could or should be a litle easier to operate

    Very much enjoy this watch, and it does seem to do all that's advertised. There is a learning curve to find your way through all the options and menu's, but I have put it up against the oura ring4 and the health info matches up almost exactly. Great quality, happy with my purchase.

    Great metrics and capability and the accuracy is high only real draw back is that in the evening the face is hard to read. Also it takes a few attempts to understand how the watch works as it is not completely intuitive.

    Overall the watch is very decent the battery life is normal It tends to knock around into the sleep mode quite a bit that’s the only reason I give it 4 stars

    Good battery life. Only have to charge it once every two weeks or so. User friendly once you get to use to it.
