I bought this Garmin to mount to my WR250R to use to keep track of our exploring and offroad adventures. Setup was easy. There are great motorcycle mounting options and the gps is outstanding! Track logs and route creation are very intuitive and the rugged exterior has definitely held up through multiple crashes and 1 incident where the user (me) did not lock it into the cradle and it launched off during a jump at the local motorcross park.

This unit is very easy to use and it's capability to have an extensive topological map makes it very useful.

This GPS replaced a Garmin Oregon 600. I like the larger screen and the added features. I added a Garmin North America map and am impressed with the amount of detail, especially the trails in local parks. The screen is bright enough to easily read on a sunny day. The time it takes the GPS to acquire satellite signals is good.

Still learning how to use all of the features available and installing the custom track logs on it, but so far this GPS seems to be sufficient. Garmin has had many years to greatly improve their technology, but has been slow in doing so. After much research, it seems this product is the best on the market at this time.

I ORDERED THIS GPS MAINLY BECAUSE IT HAD A CAMERA, JUST LIKE THE DESCRIPTION SHOWED IN THE PHOTOS. THEN WHEN I OPEN THE BOX THERE IS NO CAMERA ON THE UNIT.

The camera wasn't introduced on the Montana series till the 650 models which we have now replaced with the Montana 680 series which currently offer 8MP cameras included.
