The GPS as ordered on line. The 12V adapter was missing. A second GPS was sent for the adapter. The original was returned. The GPS works fine.

My wife purchased a Nuvi 4 years ago and loved it. Her only complaints were that the address entry and interface were a little clunky to maneuver around in, and compared to using Google Maps on my cell, I agree. However, with the new interface on this model, and the ease in which you can maneauver around to different functions (not to mention the larger screen size), I've been made a believer too. Quality of directions are fantastic, interface is easy to understand and lifetime maps makes this a quality purchase. I used to avoid the old NUVI in favor of Google Maps, but this one makes it so easy to use, I actually prefer it to my cell.

I've owned many Garmins over the years. This was is fairly simple, but I wasn't looking for features other than lifetime maps and traffic. Love the new lane assist feature, and traffic is much better than previous models. On the negatives, finding things on the interface aren't as simple as they should be, and the route suggestings are a little strange at times.

This is my third Garmin GPS. And I must say this GPS has amazed me the most. They have improved so many features is less than 2 years. I like the real photo lane assist, google like search, eco routes, life time traffic update. Too many to list. Over all a great GPS to own.

We updated our Garmin so it has lifetime map updates. This new Garmin is wonderful. It recognized traffic problems and rerouted us saving major time. Easy to use. I would recommend it to all.

One of the best GPS I have purchased so far and I have purchased a lot. It is reliable, does not take me all over the world to get from point A to point B. And features are great. Screen is big and clear. Reliability is important for me as I have no sense of direction.

I got this GPS because it had lifetime map updates which my old Garmin GPS didn't come with. I use this GPS almost daily and love it. I haven't gotten lost using it either. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and easy to use GPS. Well worth the 199.99.

Did a two week travel to Iowa and back to Washington State. I used to use a Tom Tom, not that they are a bad product, they are not, however the Garmin was fun, easy, reliable, and had the greatest traffic updates ever.

I love my new GPS! I was able to update it and it was ready to go in a jiffy. I've had other Garmin units before so I already knew how to use it but this one came with a great assortment of extras. I'll never ride around searching for a gas station or a deli again!

My Garmin GPS is fantastic. I am not technologically savvy and it is easy to use. I am fascinated by all aspects of it.

My first Garmin was a good product, though I didn't have lifetime updates, and so I considered a different product. This Nuvi, with updates included, was on sale, and I'm glad I purchased it. I like the size of the screen and also pretty explicit lane and traffic info when I'm driving in the city. I'd definitely recommend this product.

This is a great GPS unit. I travel to Canada once a year from Texas, so I needed the model with North America maps. I do miss a few features that I had with my old Tom Tom, but I like the feature that tells you which lane to be in. It also gives traffic updates & lets you choose another route to save time if there is a delay.

Great gps. I had an older model Garmin with a much smaller screen, they had just gotten popular. This new one is much improved. Lane guidance is a big help. Traffic is nice also. So is the larger screen, and I didn't even get the largest one they had. Of course it is easy to use, it's a Garmin after all!

I like using this unit. It is very easy to use and I really appreciate the fact that it warns me far enough ahead that there is upcoming traffic or school zones. Would recommend this to anyone.

Good unit ease to use. No problems so far. Had problems with other gps unit before. So far so good. Time will tell.

I have owned TomTom GPS devices since they first hit the market and when my most recent one died I decided to give Garmin a try given some of the negative reviews I saw on the current generation of TomTom's. I am glad I did as I have found this device to be easy to use and to quickly get a GPS signal (major complaint of my last TomTom). So far it has done a great job of routing me around and I have used it on two long trips without any issues.

We needed this for an emergency trip, and the price was right. The lifetime maps and traffic is an excellent benefit, as well as the large screen. Very handy and the design is good for our car.

Although I have a GPS installed in my car I found it hard for me to learn and input information while driving. (Great if there are two of you) It is also difficult to see when the sun shines on it. I also didn't want to sit in my garage to figure out how to operate the thing so I purchased this item and it is great. I now can plan a trip, input the info and have it ready to go while sitting on my couch. It is easy to use and gives me options of routes. I like that it has updates too.

The Garmin 5" GPS is easy to use and gives you precise instructions. The 5" screen is easy to see

Very happy with the Garmin. It is worth to buy. Used to have a cheaper one and the difference is HUGE.
