I travel a lot, I like the traffic updates which helps traveling in Minneapolis.

This product gets me where I need to go. I have only used it a few times but within those times it's been pretty understandable.

I have enjoyed using the Garmin GPS unit. I especially like the traffic monitoring ability of the unit. Knowing about slow downs and even got a reroute when a road was closed and still made it in a timely manner. This is a feature I wish the last GPS unit I used had this. Even when I know where I am going it helps to know if I should go a slightly different route to miss the bad traffic.

Great product, easy to use, with a good feature set. Gets me where I need to go and lets me choose the route on the fly.

CHECKED OUT OTHER MODELS, THIS ONE HAS THE MOST BANG FOR THE BUCK.

We used this GPS on a recent trip to Seattle and Portland. It is unbelievable how helpful the device is. I have never had a GPS tell me how many lanes from the left I should be in - the close up that shows when you are at an intersection is also amazing. Great technology!! Can't wait to use it in Europe this Fall.

I had a Garmin and thankfully my wife bought the insurance. But when I went to replace it, i was given a lesser model then I had. She had asked about this happening when she bought the insurance. And was told the replacement would be just the same. Needless to say it wasn't. The replacement is about the smallest, cheapest model in the Garmin line. Seeing as the initial product was the top of the line, it was very disappointing of Best Buy. We have spent a great deal of money there over the years and the service just get worse and worse. He employees don't care about the customer. Don't really know if it is worth the "Best Buy" name anymore. I can get the same bad service anywhere. Sorry to say Best Buy isn't what it used to be. Customer service..... ZERO

We've had Garmen GPSs for years and always have been more than satisfied. This new one is the best yet!

I like the bluetooth aspect a lot. Also I don't have to use data on my phone. I can use this GPS instead.

I've traveled to Toronto,Philadelphia and Chicago this summer. I purchased this GPS to get me through the cities and needless to say its lived up to my expectations. It just froze on one occasion(hopefully the last time). I've updated from and older GARMIN and this one is great . I wish it had a volume button and the screen could be bigger!

I loved this GPS, but it stopped working in only 2 months. So I had to get it replaced which Best Buy took care of for me.

Great gps. A lot of bells and whistles for the price. The hands free blue tooth connection is a definite plus

This is my third Garmin GPS. I hope that accessing the "Lifetime Map Update" is easier than on my other models. I like the voice announcement of the upcoming named street feature. My old one merely said "Turn right in 50 yards".

Used it while travelling Washington and Portland. Like the heads-up display. Would be better if the battery last longer.
