I purchased this gps because my old one got snatched. This is the same basic unit, but newer. It is lots better than the one from 3 years ago. The screen is really fantastic and there are so many excellent features. I love that the unit alerts me of safety cameras and now they have added school zone notification. It also has blue tooth and is great for using your cell phone hands free. I have an iPhone and it works great with it. I am very satisfied!

It has exceeded any I have ever had. I have not found defaults in this GPS to date. It is easy to put addresses in. It has been very accurate too.

I researched this product extensively before buying. It has all the features my teenager wanted and is very easy to operate. Can't imagine buying the more expensive one.

Overall excellent GPS system. Small enough to take on trips for use with rental cars. High resolution display offsets 5 inch screen size (7 inch might be easier on my older eyes). The voice command feature works really well. We have two cars without navigation systems and it is easy to move the unit from car to car. Dedicated GPS unit works better than iPhone when outside the major cities. Lifetime map updates and HD traffic are very nice extras.

This GPS is awesome. The screen is beautiful. THe only issue I have is the traffic notification is a little iffy. I was stuck in massive traffic for an hour and the GPS said it was clear. Not a fault of the GPS itself but probably with whatever Garmin is using to determine traffic.

Very pleased with this Garmin GPS. Display is bright and easy to read. The voice commend gives clear and timely commands. Love the free map and traffic updates.

This new GPS works great when working. Occasionally the screen freezes and can't reset, can't turn off power and just disconnect but still freezes (recall product)

This Garmin model has excellent features. Real time traffic indicatory helps a lot in actual driving. It also has built in weather information but I never used it. LED screen and compact design give it elegant look. But, I feel that I spent more money than it deserves.

I bought this GPS before making a trip to Bryce Canyon from SLC. Usually I find cellphone navigation unreliable on areas where network is not good, and that's where I think this GPS set was extremly useful. It also worked excellent in the canyon.

We replaced an older unit and upgraded wondering if we should have. After using the new one we were impressed. The clarity and accuracy is so much better we can honestly say it was well worth it.

Overall pleased with the purchase, bigger screen a plus, ease of the touch screen. Bluetooth functionality allows for hands free. Wish the volume were louder.

Overall, the unit works great. Fast recalculations, spot-on maps after a quick map update. Beautiful display, with loud speakers that have good volume adjustment. Cons: Bluetooth microphone is spotty, the voice commands are also hit and miss.

I like the touch screen, Bluetooth and how sleek and light weight it is. I am disappointed that you can not use voice command for all items in the settings menu. I also was not impressed with the avoidance settings. Does not let you just type in the name of the road. No option for pedestrian or public transportation. They should of had an interactive tutorial guide. I should have waited for the next version.Not worth the money at this point.

Easy to use and great features. Gives great directions and visuals that are easily understood during driving.

I finally made the monetary plunge into purchasing a Garmin that had constantly updated maps, just to find that they're not accurately updated, much less constantly. Not all of the features work in all areas (traffic, weather, 3-D views, etc.). However, I do like this device overall because it's definitely a step up from its predecessors. The way that you attach the device to its arm-it's magnetized-is very unique and stable, while easier to attach and detach than other models. It does have cool features, when they work, like finding the last parking spot, local weather, easy access to upcoming gas stations and and restaurants. I like this GPS and I'm glad I purchased it, I just wish that it worked as perfectly as it was advertised. The maps, even though updated, are not always very accurate. I still have to save locations as coordinates sometimes, as they are not registered, or are located wrong, according to the Garmin. You also must have the power cord plugged in for the traffic, weather, etc., to work. Also, the look of this GPS is nice. Its slim, sleek, rather compact, and the touch screen is very nicely responsive.

I had a very old GPS from Garmin, which is about more than 4 years old.. I wanted the best of everything in the market. This after using it for a while.. It is awesome and I love it..

I ride a motorcycle and like to plan my routes. Owning a $700 "computer", a Galaxy S4, I figured it wouldn't be a problem planning my route on the computer and then getting it to my phone for turn by turn directions - wrong. I have no idea why it is so difficult, but forget about it. Even if you plan the route on google maps on the computer, it will NOT go to your phone for turn by turn directions - all you can get is a list of directions. I messed with it for days, trying Copilot and a myriad of other apps for android - none worked. Supposedly you can get copilot to work by copying the file to the right directory, but it is a hit and miss ordeal. I spent countless hours planning a stupid route. Got to one end of my route and for the trip home I was tired of messinbg with it. I went to Best Buy and bought this, got back to the house around 8:00 pm. I unpacked it, loaded the software on my dad's computer (I was visiting parents) and in under 15 minutes had a great route planned and was ready to go. If you need something where you plan the route for the roads you want to drive, save yourself the headache and countless hours and just buy this. It was a bit pricey but the time saved and the no hassle was worth every penny.

I use it every week, it has been flawless so far! I have researched in-depth prior to buying this and for the money it was a very good purchase and I would buy it again!
