I really enjoy this camera. I don’t use the garmin map feature but the camera is clear and works great. Only issue I have had is just resetting it but garmin has fixed this with a new app.

I like having Alexa in the car to turn on the lights as I'm approaching the house and all of the other Alexa features … and the Garmin Speak App works great. I have another GPS, so these work together very well.

Wasn’t impressed the battery gets hot and the applications associated with Alexa just don’t connect very well

Very easy to install, comes with a very long cord which can be tucked away in the trim of your cars upholstery. Mounts very sturdily to your windshield. Nice, compact footprint which is inconspicuous. Connects well to your phones data when not receiveing Wi-Fi signal (make sure app is always running in the background). Alexa enabled which is a major plus'- can ask for directions, traffic updates, ETA, etc. Navigation superb and hands down far more accurate than my Toyotas. Will give you ETA right after you "ask Garmin" for route. Has side lane and forward mitigation warnings, speed warning, and go alert to let you know when slow or stopped traffic has begun moving again. Simply ingenious and terrific invention!

I didn't get it for that, Alexa just needs to learn how to disipher a map better. Think Garmin should up date the system cuz the gps Garmin is great. Dashcam great quality everything else is amazing!

I bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it! The feed is downloaded straight to his phone and works as a gps through voice command.

Let me start off by saying that I am quite a tech savvy person. I found the setup of the dash camera to be simple, but the applications (Garmin Speak) (Garmin VIRB) needed to use this product are terrible. They both have below a 3 star rating in the App Store. It seemed to me these applications were in beta mode. Way to many bugs and glitches. What about the dash cam? The dash cam is decent, but viewing and saving the videos is totally a different story. If you want to download one of the videos you have to stay in your car with the application open. A 30min video takes 45min to download. Really? Not only that, but the only way to view the videos is to be in your car with the device on even after you have “downloaded” them. This product needs a lot of work.

This was the perfect Father’s Day gift for my husband.. loves the ALexa capabilities as well as the dash cam.. it will even tell you to move if you aren’t paying attention when the light turns green!

I can honestly say I use EVERY feature bundled with this Garmin Speak Plus and am mostly impressed. The only short-comings are GPS is not always accurate and keeping the camera aligned is a little tedious. Other than that, love it!

It seemed like a cool concept to have Alexa built into a Dash Cam, but it didn’t work out so well. I wasn’t happy with the product. Couldn’t get it to link up correctly or work right. Looking at videos on your phone I thought was going to be cool, but it wouldn’t connect half the time. It was a big disappointment to say the least.

I got it as a gift for someone and they absolutely love it! It alerts you when you’re too close to the car in front or if you’re drifting too much to the sides. It’s a great camera

This device syncs to your phone to get all its features. W/o your phone it just records. I had a challenge with the fact that my car lighter always stays powered so the Garmin didn't know when I turned off the engine. Then it would enter sleep mode and I had to manually wake it each time I started a drive. Most cars shut off the power to the cigarette lighter when the engine shuts off.

Hard to get it to connect to my phone at all times and doesnt understand me

I wanted to get Alexa in my car, and the dash cam was an added bonus. However, Alexa on this device is NOTHING like Alexa at my home or office. For some reason she can't play music, give directions, answer questions, make calls and half the time will not even respond. I was going to return this Alexa device, but got busy and forgot.......... My recommendation, don't buy it.

I had the Garmin Speak and then I upgraded to the plus version because of the camera option. I would recommend

Set up was easy. Pleanty of length in the cord to allow plug in. I Love using the Alex app in my car. The cam keeps me honest on the road. A great safety add on.

I bought this for my corvette and it was a great addition to the other upgrades I made. Super easy to use and sits nicely next to rear view mirror.

Love this product! Built in Alexa and built in Dashcam. Item disconnects occasionally but overall great product.

I love the Alexa functionality, works just like the one in the home. I look to purchase another for my other vehicle. I only wish the price was lower.

A little tricky at first but I got the hang of it fast. Also a good little camera you can change positions quickly with. The only downside is that there is no screen to review.
