The build quality is fairly good. I'd kind of like a bigger display or watch body, personally. This has platic buttons and no speaker. The battery life has been as advertised at 11 days.

It was very easy to set up on my computer. It has all the capabilities I wanted. Since I can't connect it to my work phone, this watch is perfect for me!

You can choose which options you want to use regularly. You can see your sleep patterns and your heart rate average and ofcourse how many steps. I want to buy another one for my daughter

It gives just the amount of data that is needed for us to increase performance, and the watch was easy to use and understand.
