Just scroll through the list of different types of work, cardio, strength, hiit, running, the list goes on. Great watch for the beginner and for the advanced. 12 day battery life, 21 day on power saving mode. Garmin vivo active 5 truly delivers

    This is the best watch, I’ve had it for 2 years and it has been so reliable for everything! I do CrossFit and run a lot and use it for pacing during running and my workouts. Helps me with my steps and everything in between. Definitely worth the money!

    I had the instinct 2 for about 6 months and struggled to read it (old age). The vibrant color screen of the Vivoactive 5 is much brighter and easy to read. I was concerned about decreases battery life compared to instinct 2, and it is less, but it is still better than most smart watches. Highly recommended!

    I had an Apple Watch Series 5 and a Garmin Forerunner 245. Decided to trade in/sell both and get the Vivoactive 5! Screen is beautiful and I love all the new health features. Battery life lasts a week or more on a full charge.
