Excellent cooktop! Does exactly what we need it to do giving more control over how quickly things cook.

This cooktop works perfectly and is easy to use. Looks great on our new quartz counter too! Downdraft is better than the old pop up. Would only use gas cooktops!

Finally replaced our 22 year old cook top. My husband loves the new one (he's the cook).

Installation team was on time and professional. They asked for an Extra $70.00 to shave the opening in the cabinet to accommodate the new bigger exhaust duct. I was able to talk them into dropping the extra charge as it should be part of the installation that I paid for.

Install was great in less than 2 hours everything was installed and the area around the kitchen was clean and tidy. Great job

Excellent install technicians that went above and beyond even when we ran into issues with the unit fitting in the spot provided. Technicians managed to use existing ductwork for downdraft without a problem saving me time and money.

The contractor Best Buy sent did not inspire much confidence. Later in the evening the day after the install, as I opened the cabinet underneath the cooktop, I noticed a rotten smell. Given it was new year’s eve, I just turned off the gas valve as we had plans. The next day I went to Home Depot and purchased a gas leak detector. I got home, turned on the valve, and the detector beeped detecting a “Medium” leak (2 on a scale of 1-3). Naturally, I turned the valve back off. I will get a proper technician to fix this as I have zero trust in Best Buy and quality control with their contractors.

No one helped me I have to go so far just to return the item

Best Buy installation contractors are unstable and rookies. Damaged my house and new equipment was left outside in the rain for more than 20 minutes

The installation was done improperly and caused a long delay in using the new appliance. The Z-Line Cooktop leaks gas so a replacement has been but won't be available until October 11! Very unhappy with Best Buy and Z-Line. If the installation and replacement unit aren't satisfactory I'm probably done with Best Buy.

Poor service. Unable to change the new gas line. Had to call multiple times to get the downdraft installed. Quite concerned that the gas line has not been replaced

Very bad service, the installers did not install as committed. Three times we were left stood up all day without any satisfactory results. TERRIBLE

It wasn't installed, they just dropped it off. Still waiting to get new cabinets put in.

The downdraft was modified a little bit by the installer to make it fit nicely to my existing cooktop configuration. Everything works properly as expected.
