Gas Dryer was installed quickly and it works great.

love it!! super hard to purchase during black Friday. took a while to receive it but we love it.

The delivery was on time, The men were very careful carrying the dryer in and installing it downstairs was perfect. The dryer was connected and leveled. They checked the connection for leaks along with the venting, all went smooth. They made sure it worked and showed us a few ways of its operation . PERFECT!

They knew their job, and got it installed efficiently and with a helpful attitude. I was charged extra for a yellow connector gas line, but they used a stainless flexible line

It took 3 times to get it installed. Once installed we love it.

The people that showed up to my house to install the gas dryer were nice and efficient. I had them dispose of the old dryer as well. They wore little boot covers as it was snowing out and they did not want to track dirt and such across my floor. The lifting straps they used meant no floor scratch marks. All in all a solid service. There were a few things that were disappointing like they could not hook up the water for the steam option as I did not buy a washer at the same time and they cannot connect to something that is not covered under the warranty (liability reasons). Still, happy with the service people.

They replaced old electric dryer with new gas dryer. I didn't have problem with it. They did good job .

The crew for removal of old drier and installation of new was excellent! Very professional and very quick. They knew what they were doing and were in/out within 30 min.

The installers went above and beyond, they saw the need to replace my gas line valve and they did, at no additional cost. The installers took their time, were gentle with the equipment and explained functionality. The installation job is very professional.

Because I had to replace the wall valve. So I had/paid a local handy man to change valve and install dryer. But, I really like the dryer.

First dryer install...3 delivery fellows did not come with the proper install equipment...that I paid for...took 2 and a half hours to install and haul away the old dryer. And not installed with what I paid for. Second dryer ...replacement ...delivered and 2 fellows claimed dryer not hooked up properly. Used new kit they brought with that i paid for. Still feel issues with drying. Third crew of installers came when I called for repair. They were told by dispatch that the dryer was in the garage and needed hook up. NO

Install was amazing, clean and very professional. Would recommend again.

I would've rated a 5, but the gas line wasn't turned on and couldn't figure out why my dryer wasn't heating up. Ended up calling Bestbuy for help and they sent out another dryer. Well, in the end we figured out the first delivery guy didn't turn on the gas valve a week or so later.

Dryer install was excellent. Well worth the money. Workers did an amazing job. Cleaned up behind themselves.

Installation was quick and they cleaned up after themselves.

Works great! Very quiet operation and very easy to use.

The washer is somewhat complicated to use. Once you figure it out, it works out well.
