The installation of the dryer was fast and they leveled the machine and tested it before they left.

Delivery was on time and as scheduled. Only problem was that one of the hook ups did not work for our house so we ended up having to go purchase the part ourselves and installed it ourselves. Wish we could have verified this in advance with the Best Buy team so the process could have been smoother.

Geek squad used safety harnesses to move the dryer and wore masks the entire time. Gas line connection met requirements. I was safe and the dryer was installed correctly without incident or damage. (A previous dryer installed by a competitor was droped and damaged during installation. The Geek Squad was more professional and performed better.)

Service was on time and men were professional, but they did not connect the steam function and said they did not have time to reverse the doors. Also had issues with locating the vent line so it did not interfere with the gas, causing the dryer to protrude more than necessary. Had to have a second appointment to resolve issues.

Installation for the gas dryer at my home was seamless and didn't see any issues

Dryer installation was installed by the delivery men.They Installed the dryer quick and in place in no time. The men were very polite.

I just recommend that you make sure when they are done, to have them check that its working properly before they leave. The guys that came were in and out quick. I turned it on because they said to leave it on for and hour and when I did, I could smell gas. The item had a gas leak.

Bought an LG steam dryer from Best Buy and paid to have it installed. Although I asked to have the door reverse to right-hinged, they failed to do it. Then I realized that they never connected the steam dryer to a water source. In multiple calls to Best Buy, I was first told that the steam dryer didn’t require water (wrong) and then that I had to purchase the water connection kit separately (clearly wrong). I pointed out to Best Buy that the owners manual for the dryer states that the kit is included with this $1,000 dryer but they insisted it’s not. I called LG and they confirmed the kit is included but Best Buy still refused. I just gave up and bought the kit. Will never buy another appliance from Best Buy.

Our delivery and installation team was EXCELLENT. They went above and beyond to help troubleshoot multiple issues. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat.

I bought a washer and dryer together. It was the same crew that installed both which is a true synergy of efficiency. I would definitely recommend this method of using the same installers. Just like having too many cooks in a kitchen, you can have way too many installers in a laundry. Trust me you don't want people banging into each other while trying do move heavy appliances. Talk about dangerous!!!

I purchased this tool as part of the installation package for my new dryer. It is used to hook up the gas. Works well.

My old unit was 20 years old though it was time to update

The installers were very professional. They disconnected the old dryer and took it away. They brought the new dryer in the laundry room. They connected the vent and gas line. The two guys did they job and made sure I was happy with everything.

had the new hook up for the vent ready to go had to ask them to use the elbow( which is smooth inside) that came in the kit so that the corrugated tube had NO bends in it so lint wont collect
