Installers came on time as agreed - but it felt they were not fully prepared. Luckily I already had hook-up configured for the previous dryer - so they used that as whatever they brought was not fully sufficient

Great service they installed my dryers fast and easy.

The installers discovered that the washer's left side and back were crushed as they uncrated the machine. They immediately asked me to inspect the damage. The installers put me in touch with their boss, who told me how to claim a replacement. I really appreciated the attitude and professionalism of these representatives from Brown. I regretted they were not sent back when the replacement washer replaced the damaged one. The uninstallers did okay, but the professionalism of Brown's installers was really noticed.

Thought this was a great buy and so far I am happy with my choice of product. I like the fact that this gas dryer reminds me to clean the filter after each use. Besides, the installation went well; the company used by Best Buy was friendly and made helpful suggestions.

Installers did a very good job! they were knowledgeable.

Cost an extra $305 to install. Needed permit from city, along with new gas valve and hammer for the washer, even though I did not get a new washer. I understand that is city requirement. Installers would not put required purchase of semi rigid that Best Buy had me purchase and charged me additional $100 for "their" rigid tube. Building inspector told me it was not necessary the semi rigid would have been accepted. Guys were very friendly and efficient otherwise.

The technicians arrived in a timely manner and performed their duties professionally and efficiently. Several valves needed to be installed or brought up-to-code. The previous semi-rigid vent was replaced with the proper rigid vent pipe which required some minimal carpentry. We were informed about what needed to be accomplished and the cost prior to any work being done. Excellent customer service. We do not expect to have any problems with the county inspection of the work this month.

The installation is done by a third party team and they have some lazy men who work with them. I wish best buy would get another company to install
