Install great (scheduling, not so much...)
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once the Best Buy scheduling worked out the kinks of this install (don't get me started on how many reschedules we had to endure because someone took our unit the night before install, the truck carrying the appliances to be delivered disappeared, the install was scheduled for the day BEFORE the appliances were to be delivered), the actual installation itself went well.

The installers were on time, friendly and very knowledgeable about our gas dryer. They went above and beyond too; even switched our dryer door do that it would open from the other side. Sincerely appreciate the great work ethic; thank you!

Super Confusing

Was mandated to order additional parts that already came with the dryer - some of which were not avaliable when delivery guy went to pick up the order - such a nightmare!

Install Gas Dryer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was not happy with the installers of my gas dryer. They turned off my pilot light on the water heater and never turned it back on. Had to have BGE come in and fix the problem.
