Installer was very friendly and nice
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I bought the dryer I was told That if I wanted it installed by Best Buy it would cost more and it would be a third party that would install it. The guy showed up in an old coca-cola red van, which is fine but I expected Best Buy to actually deliver the washer/dryer. The guy had both in the back of the van and he had to do everything himself. He was very nice and friendly.

The installation could not happen because of my old and out dated gas hook up.

Who said Gas dryers are a problem to hood up.

Not a Good Experience

On a follow-up visit, it was discovered that the first installation was not hooked up to the gas line properly. It took three days to get this resolved.
