Really was fast and listened to our concerns

He listened to what we wanted done and where the dryer would be placed. Cleaned up the laundry area and left with our old dryer.

No follow up on install

However, information needed for Gas company rebate was never provided. I was told they would send that to me. I tried calling 2 weeks after install and got no response to my request. Poor follow-up. No rebate!

But they did not hook up the water line to the steam dryer and never even mentioned the need to do one. That’s kind of disappointing. Otherwise, they installation was done without a fuss

Buyer beware

The drier was not tested nor the gas leak checked. A call to the store was handled ok but it was another 2 weeks until someone came out with no further contact about scheduling. I feel I was misled about the service offered and frankly, ripped off. Beware of sublet installers.
