Delivery took a long time to happen. When it got here every thing was fine, Indtaller was professional, he knew hos stuff, worked fast and efficiently, machine works fine.

Good job, workers were very professional and helpful! Only concern is the joint goo hasn't hardened and is still wet ! Also rather expensive seeing that the product was purchased at Best Buy and would have thought installation would be included!

My bathroom/laundry room is very small, making installation a challenge! This required both the drier and washer to be lifted above the sink--no problems--nothing broken and everything h is working perfectly!! They arrived on time!! Thank you!

The contractors were pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and the installation is fine. I wish that Best Buy had given us a heads up that the code for installing a gas dryer had changed 2 years ago. This $600 dryer ended up costing 1200. - Installation was $450 more than quoted due to bringing everything up to code.

Since I had an electric dryer originally, the installation was a bit more involved. They were quick and efficient and tested everything before they left and cleaned up after themselves. A very favorable experience of installation.

The installation went as promised. Call confirming they were en route. Team arrived in the promised window. The installation was through and complete. Old dryer carted away.

The delivery people/installers showed up on the day and time as planned. It was Geoff and Mike and they did a good job. Very pleasant, efficient, gave good info, etc. My machines were installed and they are running well.

The installer was quick, efficient and kind. The installation of a washer and dryer was hassle free.

Washer hoses were reversed and gas wasn’t turned on. My husband had to move both units (off pedastals) to disconnect/reconnect. And we had to pay for installation. 5 stars for product/ zero for install. Great washer and dryer now that it works!

Installation was fast and easy. Took out old dryer and installed new dryer quickly. 2 workers came at the scheduled time. I ordered an extra part and they encouraged me to return it. They were very professional.
