Installation was done carefully, efficiently and with caustion to ensure that the new range was installed safely and without any damage to floors and counters.

they did a perfect job, and even made a trip to the hardware store to get a cap for the gas line they were disconnecting. Very courteous and left things perfectly in place.

These guys after BB not sending the proper installation kit, and a week after the initial appointment did a great job!!

Best Buy removed old range and installed new Samsung Flex Duo range. They installed new anti tilt bracket and were very careful working around our new counter tops. They checked to make sure surface burners and stove were in working order. Wore masks and left area clean of debris.

The installers did a quick and professional installation of my Samsung slide-in gas range. After the installation, one of the installers gave me a brief rundown of the features of the range. I’m very happy with choosing Best Buy for this product.

Best buy saves the day. It necer fails that every time I do a home improvement project something goes wrong. So seeing as the range I bought was gas, I needed a professional, so best buy to the rescue. The installer was professional courteous and kind. Thanks for the install and more thanks for me not messing it up myself.

The installers were very prompt and kept me informed of their arrival time. They were very fast and did an excellent job installing my new gas range. Well worth the money, it would have taken me a couple hours to do what they did in 30 minutes.

Showed up on time. Was helpful and courteous. Had trouble removing the old gas range because the gas line was short and could not get to it easily. Did not seem to have the right tool for that problem so it took longer than expected. Did manage to get it done. Gas line kit from Best Buy was the wrong size but he had one in the truck that fit. Some language difficulty.

Jason was very professional and truthful. Though he could not complete the installation due to damaged merchandise he did the job very well.

The installation guys were excellent. We ran into a little snag & they worked through it and got me installed as planned.

Well Done.finally have a working stove after 6 months.

Greg arrived and installed our oven, built in microwave as well as our dishwasher. We could not have been more happy with Greg. He took care of our every concern and wants, as well as pointing out things we had not even thought of. He was beyond professional but still enjoyable to have at the house and comical when fitting. We feel very fortunate to have had Greg do our installations.

Couldn’t keep, my gas line was smaller than the line connecting to the range. Adapters would make the range sit out approx 6” from the wall

Our installer was friendly, courteous, informative and very knowledgeable. He hauled our old oven away and brought in the new one and took great care not to scratch the hard wood floors. He answered all our questions and taught us all the cool features of our new equipment. 10/10 would have over to the house again

They called and arrived early on time they perp the work site even wore shoes covering removed the old stove and installed the new one they even showed me how to work the stove and left a number if I had any more question

I don't typically use "installation services", however I did this time and couldn't be happier with the job they did. Installation was quick, and professional. When they left, the kitchen actually looked cleaner than when they arrived ;) They were 15 min early, and finished with the old stove loaded within 20 min.
