The installation crew arrive within the window they had promised, hooked up the stove with no problems, and gave my parents a demonstration on the features of the new stove.

The whole process of buying appliances at Best Buy was a very pleasant experience. Huge help from sales person who also scheduled delivery and installation. I got multiple calls from installers reminding of the appointment time. At the day of installation I got call 30 min before their arrival. They came exactly in 30 min. Guys were very professional, accurate and polite. Over the range microwave and gas range were installed in less than an hour. Excellent service. Everything was flawless.

This stove has a number of limitations. The first is that they tell you to put it on high heat and burn off the smell for an hour but it does not go away I’ve had the oven for a month now and The smell is a combination of overheated metal and chemicals. I was told they sprayed the oven with chemicals to ward off mildew while in the warehouse. I don’t want to be breathing that. I have to leave the windows and door open and it still gives me a headache Then there’s the broiler the door is so short you can just barely fit a tray with meat in there. why? and the boiler only goes to 525 so nothing gets that charbroiled instead it becomes grayish and takes forever to cook. why? Because you have no way to get the meat closer to the broiler fire. It takes twice as long to cook anything in the broiler. 30 minutes for steak. You have to kneel on the floor to get things in and out of the broiler and the now hot door handle It’s too narrow to be opened with the oven mitt or even thin pot holder. Who designed the broiler?

These guys did a great job installing our range , they actually came Christmas Eve morning which was great for us, we had a lot of cooking to do!

The installers were punctual, and courteous. They removed the old range and installed the new one carefully and in a timely manner.

I wasn't exceptionally happy to pay for the installation but so glad I did...the guys were on time and did a great, quick job of getting it done. Don't hesitate to have them do it.

Could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere but wanted to combine my purchases with one store. Works as intended

When I purchase a product from Best Buy and I elect to have it delivered and installed I know that I am getting knowledgeable and great service. The technicians that deliver and install always know the product and they are very good at making sure that the install is done correctly and that I know how to use the product. We had a gas range delivered and installed and again, Best Buy and their service technicians, exceeded expectations. It’s scary to have the gas appliances disconnected and reconnected and I am glad that I chose Best Buy for this service. I love my new range.

Employees of AYS delivered and installed the Samsung gas stove. The driver (Angel) and his helper were excellent. With this job being sub-contracted, I was apprehensive about the delivery and installation. I was pleasantly surprised. They were excellent. Answer all my questions thoroughly, were very professional, and worked. When bringing the stove to the house, they went out of their way to avoided shrubbery that could have scratched the range. the delivery was made on 12/29/2020.

Looks beautiful, easy to use, I absolutely love it. Have not used bottom oven as yet, but if it works as well as the top no worries.
