Employees of AYS delivered and installed the Samsung gas stove. The driver (Angel) and his helper were excellent. With this job being sub-contracted, I was apprehensive about the delivery and installation. I was pleasantly surprised. They were excellent. Answer all my questions thoroughly, were very professional, and worked. When bringing the stove to the house, they went out of their way to avoided shrubbery that could have scratched the range. the delivery was made on 12/29/2020.

When I purchase a product from Best Buy and I elect to have it delivered and installed I know that I am getting knowledgeable and great service. The technicians that deliver and install always know the product and they are very good at making sure that the install is done correctly and that I know how to use the product. We had a gas range delivered and installed and again, Best Buy and their service technicians, exceeded expectations. It’s scary to have the gas appliances disconnected and reconnected and I am glad that I chose Best Buy for this service. I love my new range.

Looks beautiful, easy to use, I absolutely love it. Have not used bottom oven as yet, but if it works as well as the top no worries.

Installation was good. Still don’t know why the installer and Best Buy insist there’s an $80 Charles County gas permit fee. I spoke to multiple people in the county and they have never heard of a gas permi fee if you already have gas in the home.

Installers did a great job. They were friendly, helpful and respectful of my home.

The gentlemen who came to install my stove were so considerate. They called with estimated arrival time. Took out the old stove and gave me time to clean up the area. They installed the new stove and I couldn't be happier.

Installed both Gas Range and Dishwasher in under an hour and cleaned up. Both have been in place for over a month now and no problems with installations.

The two contractors Best Buy used for my install were on time, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They didn't take long to set up and explained all the features.
