Installer required me to reimburse him for the money he paid for the kit I had already paid for at Best Buy. Otherwise, installer did a great job.

They called with estimated arrival time. Took out the old stove and gave me time to clean up the area. They installed the new stove and I couldn't be happier.

It was only 1 guy and a pick up truck. He removed my only range and installed the new. I did not watch him remove my range from his truck. I’m unsure how he did it safely from the pick up on his own, but there was no visible damage. Installation of the new range was good. He did not take any care to wipe or dry the wheels of his dolly, bringing snow and ice into my house, through the living room and around the kitchen. He never told me he couldn’t take the box and just left it outside the house without saying anything. It got the job done, but was very basic.

They were friendly, professional and ensured that everything was clean when they left, taking the old appliances with them. I was very happy with their services.
