The installers were on time, fast, and left me a perfectly leveled stove. They were also extremely cheerful, and--unlike the guy who installed the previous stove--did not scratch the wood floor of the entryway.

The men that installed our new stove were well informed and educated for this installation. They were lead by Jaime who also delivered the first damaged stove upon which he immediately contacted Best Buy. The second deliverer, Mark, was just as well informed when he delivered the second damaged stove. He, too, was quick to contact Best Buy. So RELIEVED when Jaime delivered this LAST stove. He remembered us and carefully inspected this third one to assure that we were satisfied. AND, we were! I definitely blame Best Buy's negligence by not assuring that a new product arrive at a customer's residence in NEW condition. It took from Nov. 29 until Jan. 3rd to end this transaction. Will I purchase again from this store, that's to be determined!

Someone came out ahead of stove delivery to make sure the stove would fit where it had to go. This was an important plus for using this company as finding a stove that would fit had been difficult. The installers were wonderful and explained what they were going to do. When installation was completed, they went over how to use the various settings available and answered all my questions.

Fits well. However, the installer took the original copper tubing without checking with me first was not happy about that. Just a principal. So, far it work well.

The guys who did the install arrived on time, and both removed the old stove and installed the new one, flawlessly.

The installation of my gas range is a smooth one. It fits my counter perfectly. I like the work Best Buy provided. Because they guarantee their work and product. It shows their professionalism.

Range installer was on time and installed the gas range quickly, showing us all of the features. He suggested an accessory that can be used to keep the stovetop cleaner. I have not tried it but it looks as if it will work

When I purchased my stove and microwave, Best Buy told me installers would come between 8 am and noon. The day before, the warehouse called to say it would be 4-8 at night. It was actually around 10 at night that it was installed, so it was a wasted day. That said, the installers were efficient, polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job. I chose to use them again when I purchased my fridge and dishwasher. Similar schedule change, similar great install job. If you have an open schedule, I recommend. If you need tight time parameters, look elsewhere.

The stove looks professional and operates correctly. Temp in the oven is even and well regulated. The stove burners are great and operate with even low heat when necessary.

Both installers were fast, efficient and told us everything they were doing while they were doing it. They did a great job. Started and explained the over break in. Great job.

The simple installation of this stove was a three part deal. First, it has to be installed by a certified technician, the installation has to be coordinated after the range is installed, then a county inspector needs to come by to approve it! I know it is a gas stove but the installation is relatively simple and we were surprised that it needed to be inspected by a county official. Nevertheless, the install was done very weel and it 'only' took 3 extra days to get it approved!

Our kitchen is not easy to get to, but the installers got it carefully in place, installed the new gas line and gave us a complete tutorial on features and use. They were knowledgable and efficient.
