Every time I do this I am met with the friendliest staff ever. There is always a girl manager Around when I go to pick up and I am just assuming this by her actions and demeanor. She has short hair and she is always very professional and friendly. Her and her team always give such great service. I only wish that your online delivery process was ran like that department. Maybe you should make her I charge of that department. That process and that team are about the only reason I come back. Great job and huge kudos to your manager and the team that run the Buy online pick up in store process.

I was very pleased with the installation of this range. Installation was done by Quality Kitchen Appliance Installation. I received a call the day before informing me of the time window for installation. The installers were very mindful of the wood flooring in our hallway and kitchen. That is always a big concern for us. They answered a few questions I had. They had me leave the oven on for an hour to dispel any first time odors and smoke which might occur. In sum, they were very professional and we've experienced no problems.

Our install went so well. Took great care in bringing range in, hooking it up, and making sure everything worked.

We love our new stove. We have yet to try the confection oven. We have baked and Cooke and love it. It looks so up scales and have received compliments on how nice it looks.

the technician took the time to examine the stove and found a number of dents. He took pictures and suggested that I refuse the stove, which I did. It is now 5 days later and I still haven't heard from Best Buy has to when I replacement will arrive. When I called yesterday, I was told that they would get back to me. I still have not heard.

We bought a new Monogram 30" gas range and Cafe OTR microwave from Best Buy with "professional" haul away and installation. What a stressful experience! Our installers showed little respect for our home. While removing our old range, they gouged 2 scratches in our hardwood floors (yes, TWO). Ever heard of pads, people?! When removing our old microwave, they just put on our quartz topped island....again, no pads used! Ever taken a look at the bottom of an over the range microwave? The tools they used? Yep..right on our counters..no pads used there either. We also took the time to move furniture so there was a nice wide path to get the new range into the kitchen, but what do they do?? They bring it in between our new glass covered fridge and the kitchen island which only has 2 inch clearance on either side! You can't imagine the look on my face while this was happening. After they left, as we were cleaning up, we saw a scratch on the front door or our $800 microwave...(they had removed the clear protective film before they installed it). My bf talked me out of complaining to Best Buy, as he said they wouldn't do anything about it anyway. This is what we get for spending $6,500 with them.......Never again!!

Overall good. The installer and I argued why they could not put the range flush. The installer first try to push the range as far back as possible then gave up because they thought the gas outlet and hose was getting in. I pointed out that the hose should be routed bottom of the range where it has space. From my measurement, there should be space to put the range completely flush to the wall. The installer then pulled out the range and do rerouting, put it in. Got closer to the wall but the routing of hose was not perfect. I asked again to do it properly but then the installer starting to install the rear gap filler and left the range stick out. I asked why and they replied it is the building code. I argued that why (because in previous installations, it never happened) and also showed the manual which is saying the filler is optional and the range can be installed flush. The frustrated installer called the manager and the manager also said that it is required to install the filler. I don't completely understand why one installer install the range without the filler and this installer insists it is the code. Who is wrong and if it is required, why didn't they put the filler up front rather than haphazardly try to flush install then put it in?

As they unboxed my range, the crew discovered that the unit had been mangled at the warehouse. They quickly returned it and the same crew was out a few days later for the installation. Great two-man team, took great care to connect the gas line and perfectly level the range. They even reattached the door I had removed for extra clearance.

It is going to take me awhile to understand all this range can do for me, but I am very happy with its performance so far. I especially like the grill. Very even heating.

The guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to install my appliances. They showed me how to use all my appliances and gave me some quick tips on the do's and don'ts.

Great product. Very modern. Works as described on the website. Slightly expensive, but it is what it is.

Excellent work done by installation specialists. Having gas connection done in the home was a concern for us and we wanted to ensure it was done by a certified professional. Two men arrived, were very courteous, knowledgeable and completed the job in no time. They checked and rechecked the connection and gave us instruction to run the system and work in the new elements with heat over the first couple of running the new oven.

On time, friendly, fast, efficient - The delivery and installation with removal of old oven could not have gone smoother.

The professional installation of my new amazing range was done with ease and the utmost competence. Everything explained to me in detail and demonstration of use also provided. They even set the clock on the range and showed me how to set the initial 30 minute bake cycle to break it in. The guys were very well informed and professional. 5 Gold Stars! Well done!
