I'm unsure how, but my daughter had a scare in heating her frozen food to alert me to 2 small black bugs crawling from the left side vent. Otherwise, as a new microwave, it's satisfactory to me.

It’s small enough to not take up too much room and big enough to still fit a large plate. I definitely recommend - high quality, safe, and convenient. Easy to clean and light enough to move when needed.

The only issue I have right now is that it's noisy. I have not yet tried all the features yet. It serves the purpose so far.

It is amusing that the app alerts my son through Alexa when the food is done so he comes out of his cave to see what’s cooking.

It had only 700 watts and most directions require at least a 900 watts cooking power. Way too much guessing as to time to completely cook an item or frozen dinner. Returned and purchased a larger unit with greater cooking power.
