I thought nothing could beat my Kenmore of 15 years, but, after a few months this GE has possibilities. Also home delivery was fast.

After 2 weeks of use the button to open the microwave has stopped functioning properly. I’m outside of return window so I’m disappointed that it only worked for a short time.

It's always exciting to get a new appliance, but when it fails unexpectedly it's quite disheartening. You deserve to have durable, high-quality appliances and a positive experience with GE products. It began holding moisture and forming mold. Also has a burn mark down the inside. I don’t really use the microwave for anything other than reheating for a minute or so so I’m unsure why it’s so unsafe. Very disappointed.

The specs say that it has a 10 3/4 inch turntable. That would work well with one of our dinner plates. However, the diameter is at least an inch smaller. Best Buy is probably getting the info from GE, which has the wrong data on their site about this product. It is frustrating to look at several candidate items, and select one based on the published specs, and then find that the specs were wrong.
