||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had this microwave for at least 7 months. 2 issues with it so far (as I am writing this review I am prepping it for a return), 1st issue is that the grips underneath are slippery and every time we push the open latch the microwave would slide back to the wall. The 2nd thing is the latch or button that opens the microwave doesn't do its job by popping the door open. We fight by pushing over and over to get the door to open. It is a hassle and lost our patience with it that we are returning for another one but not the same.
