I thought this really good microwave was going to be the GE JES1072SHSS. It wasn't the one. As soon as I unpacked this microwave, and pressed the open button, I knew the quality was just not there. The open button wobbled and felt close to breaking the first time I touched it. Many of the other components seemed also of inferior quality. I boxed it back up and am now using my inexpensive, temporary microwave until I can fine one that actually is a quality item.
