You almost have to be a rocket scientist to use it. You have to enter a Code for every setting you want to use. Example: Press the Reheat button and you have to enter a Code number for it. Same goes for any function you want to use. You have to enter a Code number. And guess what...the Code numbers are listed INSIDE the oven. I would not recommend this product to anyone! How something that should be easy to use was made so complicated amazes me. lf I could return it I would.

Door latch already broken
