It is really for a dorm room or RV kitchen with seriously limited space. A dinner plate didn't fit in it and we don't have oversized plates. I reordered the next size GE microwave at 1.1 cu ft and it is perfect. Fits a dinner plate but still has a small footprint on the counter. Hope this helps someone else make the right decision and save return shipping.

GE -0.7 Cu Ft. Compact microwave

It fits in a small space on the cabinet and is very reliable, The power is 700 so that is something to be aware of when you buy it. this is my 3rd microwave like this. You need to keep the moisture dried out on the inside so the finish does not come off. only problem.

Other than that works fine. I like the kitchen timer because it continues to beep instead of beeping once when I may not hear it.
