It had only 700 watts and most directions require at least a 900 watts cooking power. Way too much guessing as to time to completely cook an item or frozen dinner. Returned and purchased a larger unit with greater cooking power.

The only issue I have right now is that it's noisy. I have not yet tried all the features yet. It serves the purpose so far.

It’s small enough to not take up too much room and big enough to still fit a large plate. I definitely recommend - high quality, safe, and convenient. It is amusing that the app alerts my son through Alexa when the food is done so he comes out of his cave to see what’s cooking.

It is perfect for a small kitchen. It has all the features I need to defrost, cook, and reheat different types of food. The only thing I am not crazy about is the sound it makes when you plug it in.
