    This little microwave does all I need and fits on a small shelf in my upper cupboards, so takes no countertop space.

    The keypad does not work well. It’s hard to press the keys and have it work. And the keypad is already getting bubbles - looking like it’s been in use for years and I’ve only had it for a month. Also, the button to open the door does not work well. Even when pressed in, you have to pull the door open.

    So this is the second unit. I was smart enough to get the bestbuy warranty the first time around, and this was a replacement for that unit that started sparking after about 1.5 years. Within 2 months this units audible beeping stopped working. Unit still works but no beep at the end of the cook time. Hopefully this one won’t Go up in fireworks like the prior unit!
