This product works well as both a microwave and convection oven at a good price

This guy does it all. I can microwave some breakfast burritos, then broil them in the same appliance. Air fry some chicken tenders, microwave some leftover fried rice, this dude is a cooking and reheat champion!

Great size and the air fryer is definitely a good edition.

Does everything we need it to. Simple to use. Hasn't broken like our last one that was super fancy from a different manufacturer.

I bought this microwave for my wife for Christmas. She loves this microwave; her other microwave was starting to go out and was in need of a new one. I found this one that also offered the air fryer and thought she may like it. She has not used the air fryer part yet, but she is reading up and anxious to try it. I am looking forward to seeing how the air fryer works as well. So far, we are happy with the microwave portion.

Great product with great customer service during the process

After two immediately bad experiences with another manufacturer's brand, we decided to go back to GE. We owned a GE microwave before, which lasted 14 years. The only reason we didn't immediately go back to GE was that the ratings for the current model of the one we owned weren't quite as good. I don't fully expect this one to last that long, but after owning it for a month it seems to be as reliable as the other GE appliances we have owned. Some of the pluses include a right angle power plug, quiet operation and a stainless steel interior. It also has a wealth of cooking features, including convection cooking and smart defrosting. On the minus side, the keypad is black with no backlighting, which makes it hard to read in low light. Hoping this new model lives up to the GE reputation and provides years of reliable service.

I don’t why folks are confused with how to operate the air fryer feature. I’m very much enjoying it. Wonderful dual purpose appliance. Awesome.

I am very happy with this model so far. Lots of options. Have not used all features yet but excited to try them out. A good versatile unit very reasonably priced.

Very efficient multi use tool eliminating the need for 2 of my most used items on my counter space, and air fryer and a microwave. Easy to use quick functions, the only thing that is taking time to get used to us where the +30 second button is located on this microwave vs the last one which lasted 13 years.

Love the ease of having one appliance that does double duty . Perfect size. So quiet !

Very good, door is a bit quirky. You have to place item in microwave, set time, close door then start. Error code food if you don’t do it correctly and it won’t start, so open the door and shut it and press start.

Best microwave we’ve ever had. I’ve only owned $20-40 microwaves all my life so having one of this price range really changed things. The air fryer is nice but it burns too hot on one side so definitely make sure to turn your plate. My only other complaint is that the buttons are not backlit. Otherwise, fantastic microwave and sleek design

Good product. It works well. It has child protection on it too, so children can’t take out hot food, unless you show them how to.

I love the size and how easy cleanups are. Best microwave I've had.
