Good Microwave. Only reason it does not get a 5 is because the front pad does not light up, so it is difficult to see what you need to press. Mine is in a cabinet so when I open it, you cannot see what to push without a light. Have not really tried other features on it yet.

Same day delivery to replace microwave I destroyed. They installed it for me and hauled old one away. So far new one is working very well and am pleased with it. Best Buy has always been helpful to me and prices seem to be fair.

Really like the product. Works great as both a microwave and an air fryer. Space inside the unit feel pretty large for how small a footprint this thing has. Only major gripe I have is that one of the metal racks for the air fryer tray is already starting to break. One of the metal rods detached from the surrounding ring on one end (this is why 4 stars). Also it would be nice to have a "preheat" option on the unit, as most cooking instructions for air frying are based on a preheated unit. Not a huge problem as you can turn it on and let it run, but you technically don't know when it's fully heated to the set point.

Excellent item quality, best options I ever seem, I love the security warning to avoid injuries, this microwave is the one. Recommeded to try, you will love it.

Great quality microwave with air fry option for a good price. Only weird thing is having to “unlock” the door by pressing cancel when the timer goes off.

We were on vacation when one of the hotel rooms had this microwave. I instantly fell in love with it. We ordered while still on vacation.

I love this microwave but the size is small than what I want especially since it is air fryer too. I wish they have bigger size otherwise it is a good quality.

Who knew that a Microwave could do so much? Air fry? Wow! My wife loves it and uses it quite frequently Why do other microwaves not incorporate these features? Eliminates other gadgets and gizmos from counter top.

The microwave heats very evenly the food that is in it. I also really enjoy the air fryer option. The only bad thing about the microwave is that none of the buttons light up so depending on where you put it they might be a little hard to read, but to me thats not enough to prevent from purchasing it.

Bought this for my mother who was in need of a new one…wasn’t expecting to pay as much as we did for a microwave but it is totally worth the price for all it does. We absolutely love the air fryer option and it works perfectly with air frying food.

Overall, I really love this microwave. The one thing i don't like is the fact that there are not instructions to use anything other than the air fry or microwave option.

This is a great device that combines three devices in one device, saving kitchen space.

Love the new microwave/air fryer/broiler as it is easy to use and is so much easier than my separate air fryer. Everything comes out wonderful. Instructions are easy to follow and it was an excellent value and price.

The biggest plus of this product is it really is a couple different cook modalities in one. That makes it a perfect choice if you have a small kitchen or RV. In full disclosure, the controls are not intuitive at time and you can sort of get locked in a weird setting. That has got my partner frustrated from time to time. Worse case, you can always unplug it (if you kept the power chord accessible) and have it back to default. Make sure you try out the different power levels for pop corn. It starts on the lowest setting which does not do a good pop on most bags. That said, once you get over the learning curve, this unit has tons of potential.

I needed a new microwave and really wanted something basic. This microwave was not basic to say the least. It had everything I was looking for, with some bonus features. I absolutely love it! It is easy to clean, user friendly, and very stylish! I would definetly recommend this!

Loving it thus far. Especially the Air Fry feature. My only complaint, is what most mentioned. There's NO back light, which is mind boggling. Still would recommend it.

Love this microwave...works great...very powerful and love the auto start..the only thing that would make this better is if the keypad was lit,...it's a bit hard to see unless you have an overhead light shining on it...otherwise great microwave combo!
