The manual has to be downloaded from Best buy’s website and I need to find the cookbook.

Only complaint is the button pad which has gray (not white) numbers on a black background. No idea what person came up with that idea. Very hard to see in dim light. Microwave works very well though.

Fits a small space nicely

It's smaller than its competitors, especially the depth, so was one of the few alternatives we had. An improvement would be to make the door shut smoother, and quieter. It clunks like a cheap car, and could be why the previous unit electronics board failed.
