Versatile but I need a more informative manual

Four stars because the manual was not very helpful about the various functions of this very versatile microwave. So far I have used the microwave and convection features. I haven't used the broiler and air fryer because I already own an air fryer and haven't need to try the broiler yet. My oven is not working so this multi-function appliance is very useful while I wait for the delivery and installation of the oven I ordered. It's very powerful for a small microwave and I have had to reduce the time to cook compared to my much larger prior microwave, a Kitchenaid. The small size meant it could fit anywhere. The downsize is that GE doesn't make a trim kit to cover up the empty space for a built-in microwave in my cabinets.

This microwave works well and is quiet. Time will tell how good it is.
The button screen is unlit and hard to see and some fumbling happens then while looking for the proper thing to push. It is also pretty expensive.

This is the best microwave we have ever had. It fits perfect in our kitchen. It is quiet. It cooks very well. I like the air fry and convection oven options. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Controls are not lighted or backlighted...difficult to see. Otherwise the oven works well and is very quiet.
We're glad to hear the microwave is working well. Your comment regarding the control panel without backlighting is important to us. We will be sure to share this information with our Product Design Team.

Love the format, not too big. Air fryer (convection oven) works good for french fries and the portion is enough for 2 people. On 400 degrees fries are ready in 20-25 mins. The control panel is not the best but totally enough for regular use and get familiar with it fast. Was delivered in a very beat up box and I was concerned that it was damaged. At the bottom where it was opened (or damaged while shipping and verified by Best Buy) it was sealed back with Best Buy Verified tape. I didnt want to bother with the return and after checking that everything looked ok - decided to start using it and for 2 weeks so far works great. Hope will be a reliable product as I like it.

Rarely am I as surprised as I was with this product! GE exceeded my expectations with this multi-function appliance. The microwave works great. The air-fryer is AMAZING. I have told many friends and family about this!

This “microwave” is awesome! We’ve tried the microwave (obvious option), air fry & broil functions. Still have to try the convection oven, but I am sure it will be just as wonderful as the other functions. It’s nice not having different appliances for each function. There are just two of us, so the size is perfect for small size functions. We love air frying our eggo waffles (4 at a time)! We already do not have a toaster, and find the air fry function perfect for toasting (bread or waffles or croissants). The price was right, too! We’ve been using it for over a month now.

I have only used the convection oven and microwave. Both works well. It is quiet and easy to use. Takes a long time for convection oven to preheat. Fits nicely in the space.

So far so good. I like the multiple cooking modes and have successfully used the air fry option and convection oven option in addition to the microwave functions. It has completely replaced my toaster oven. I like the automatic defrost and reheat functions as well as the one-touch timed cooking option. Great buy for under $200!

Very pleased with this microwave. It has served as a second oven with convection and air fryer features. We have actually been able to make "crispy" food in the micro. My only criticism is that the keypad isn't lit. Our old microwave had that very convenient feature and we hadn't realized how much we relied on it until now.

This GE microwave is a good microwave as it has many good features, like air fry, broil, convection cooking, microwave and combination cooking..Very convenient for many uses and a good size. As with any appliance with many features it just takes a little time to get use to each function and how to use it, but like I said it can replace a few other kitchen items you may have.

Wow! This Microwave changed my life. It's a convection oven, Microwave, Air Fryer and Broiler all in one!!! I'm loving my roasted veggies without having to use my large oven! And the air fryer chicken is absolutely delicious and moist! I recommend it to everyone. AND the price was so reasonable.

We had purchased another GE microwave elsewhere, but it turned out to be defective, and we returned it. It was soooo noisy!
So I searched Best Buy's web site and discovered this wonderful and QUIET (okay—less noisy) microwave not only works well but has lots of other features. And it's also looks good, too! Great quick, FREE delivery from Best Buy, too.

Seems well made, and seems to cook things pretty well on airfry and convection as well as microwave. It's a more powerful microwave than our last one, so heats things faster. It gets a little warm on parts of the outer walls when using air fry or higher temp convection. Air fry made very crispy good French fries just using the preset. And using convection made a good baked cheese sandwich. Haven't tried cooking anything big in it. That's what our main oven is for. This is for reheating things and small items or snacks. Only complaints are it's hard to read the lettering on the buttons unless kitchen light is on, and we printed out the instruction booklet from online because it takes a bit of learning to use all the functions as an oven -- whether using the presets or setting your own cooking time and temp. The microwave is fairly easy to use, and once you understand the instructions and try it out, the oven part is pretty easy to use also. We haven't tried a full recipe where you microwave first then switch to convection - which would save time. It really is a good microwave and a useful good oven, when you don't want to heat up a full size oven. So far it works well for the purpose for which we bought it-- which was we needed a new microwave and wanted a small air fry/convection oven.
