Wow! This Microwave changed my life. It's a convection oven, Microwave, Air Fryer and Broiler all in one!!! I'm loving my roasted veggies without having to use my large oven! And the air fryer chicken is absolutely delicious and moist! I recommend it to everyone. AND the price was so reasonable.

We had purchased another GE microwave elsewhere, but it turned out to be defective, and we returned it. It was soooo noisy! So I searched Best Buy's web site and discovered this wonderful and QUIET (okay—less noisy) microwave not only works well but has lots of other features. And it's also looks good, too! Great quick, FREE delivery from Best Buy, too.

I waited a long time to purchase a microwave becausr i wasnt sure I needed one. Then my airfryer went out and i needed that for sure. Now i have 2 appliances in one. I dont use the microwave feature as much as the air fryer but its definitely good to have. Its got a relatively small footprint for the power it packs and is very easy to use. .

Very quiet and fast, only complaint is the control panel does not have lights and is difficult the see.

Seems well made, and seems to cook things pretty well on airfry and convection as well as microwave. It's a more powerful microwave than our last one, so heats things faster. It gets a little warm on parts of the outer walls when using air fry or higher temp convection. Air fry made very crispy good French fries just using the preset. And using convection made a good baked cheese sandwich. Haven't tried cooking anything big in it. That's what our main oven is for. This is for reheating things and small items or snacks. Only complaints are it's hard to read the lettering on the buttons unless kitchen light is on, and we printed out the instruction booklet from online because it takes a bit of learning to use all the functions as an oven -- whether using the presets or setting your own cooking time and temp. The microwave is fairly easy to use, and once you understand the instructions and try it out, the oven part is pretty easy to use also. We haven't tried a full recipe where you microwave first then switch to convection - which would save time. It really is a good microwave and a useful good oven, when you don't want to heat up a full size oven. So far it works well for the purpose for which we bought it-- which was we needed a new microwave and wanted a small air fry/convection oven.

Works well-quieter than our last one which was an LG.

I have had GE appliances since I could remember, and this product is top notch for our son that just started college, he has been able to air fry the things he once did at home but thanks to the all in one convection with air fry, our son is the popular kid in the dorm to get their Air Fry on Thanks GE and Best Buy for stocking this item

Works like it could replace many other kitchen appliances. Dependable and cleans up easily. Light weight in comparison to many other. Thank you for the store helper

Works well. The audible warnings are overdone. I don't need something to beep at me to know that something I've been baking for 15 minutes is hot - that was the whole point.

lots of features had to watch you tube video, still going strong, heats cooks airfrys like it should

I have used ths new microwave, airfryer, convection oven, broiler several times. The keypad is not lit, so you'll want to keep that in mind when you're setting up. Still it's about $400 less than the Cafe Model and for a machine that does what it does, I think it's a pretty good deal. I haven't had it long enough to let you know if I'd buy it again, but I can say, so far so good.

Exactly what we were looking for and great price. You have to go to the GE website to find the full user manual but once you find that it’s pretty easy to use. If all you’re using is the microwave setting then it’s just like any other microwave. The air fry and convections settings work good too so far.

Perfect apartment size and love all the multi functions. The air fryer is awesome I love it. it's very compact.

I'm pleased with the microwave overall! It looks nice and so far functions really well. We replaced a 10+ year old microwave and there really wasn't a huge difference in appearance, but the wide variety of functions available on this unit is really impressive! I'm knocking off a star because I had to go online to search for a users guide to use all of the functions, and it requires quite a bit of research to learn how to use it. There is information on how to cook frozen foods and bake a cake, but missing from the guide are things like how to reheat pizza or any other leftovers, or even soften butter. Because it is multi-functional, and uses a heating unit in addition to microwave energy, it comes with 2 different racks and a crisping tray. You have to be careful of using the correct accessories with the different functions. You could probably toss the users guide for a typical microwave, but this one could use a full guide along with the product. It seems to be a great product, but I'd REALLY like more information on how to use it and all the functions!!

Nice size, with a lot of features. We like the quiet operation. Not used to the locking feature yet.

Works great is awesome has door lock for safety which can be reomoved which is great only thing is my door button broke after 5 months so that was super fast

I can honestly say that this is the best microwave we've ever had. It is very easy to learn as the functions are easy to figure out. The air fryer mode does a great job with French fries and tater tots. It is very quiet and we are glad we bought it.
