Our retired microwave heated items to desired levels without question or fuss. It simply got too old and needed to retire. The replacement is younger, fresher and quite eager to please. However, it sort of over pleases by heating items far too quickly. The old microwave was 950 watts and the new microwave is 1050 watts, 100 watts more than the retired microwave. It’s likely a matter of adjusting the time in preparation of familiar items and not the fault of the new microwave. So, adjust we must. Adjust we will.

I really like my new microwave,air fry,convection oven! It is so easy to use! The turn table works great just about the right turning time. The controls are easy to see and use! It is so nice to have all 3 appliances all in one place! Great for a small apartment. Bertolucci S.

Purchased this to replace our microwave. Have always wanted an air fryer but did not need another appliance taking up space. Microwave works as expected. We are getting a lot of use from the air fryer function. As other reviewers have pointed out the only negative is the keypad. To see it we need to use the overhead kitchen light.

The microwave is nice and compact, which is a plus if you're in need of counter space. It does what it was designed to do. I have not used the air fryer feature yet. The only con is that the keys are not backlit so you will need some light to see the panel. Overall, it is a good microwave with extra features at a good price.

My microwave went out and I was looking for a second air fryer so I looked up 3 in 1 units and read the reviews on this unit and decided to purchase. I love this unit and it does everything it says it does, I highly recommend…

So far this microwave is the best one I've owned. It heats very well. The three other heating options work beautifully. I use the air fryer all the time. Only downside is that it doesn't come with how-to instructions. It does come with what not to do with appliance. So you have to figure out how it works. Overall how it works is great.

We are very happy with this microwave. It's just the right size snd surprisingly roomy inside. The microwave heating ability is strong and quick! The Air Fry works very well. The first time I have had luck with reheating french fries without becoming soggy.

We refinished our kitchen. I wanted something trendy. It is really great. I don’t need Y.M. have an over the self air fryer and since u have this, I don’t have to use the oven for my air fry needs!

Very Nice, Powerful - seems to Cook food faster than a 1000 Microwave. don't like ---> black on black buttons, hard to see, does smoke a bit when cooking, has operated extremly well in all other features, air fryer, convection oven and dual MODE. One Exceptional feature is the "Metal Detector", if in air fry or conventional mode metal tray can be used, if you forget tray in over and go for a Microwave over will balk at you and not give you the fire works display. Not thrilled with the one button Express mode and mom cannot figure out HOW to use all the features of the "Infernal Machine" <--- Not the TV remote. Last unit was a Samsung that lasted nearly 40 years!, hope GE is Still the leader of the industry - it has a great standard to prove itself. Worth 2 bills costwise, check back in 10+ yrs for update

Granddaughter needed a microwave and air fryer for dorm room. Researched and found this 4-in-one! It's a microwave, air fryer, convection oven, and broiler. Who knew, right!

Love the microwave/airfryer combo. Takes up less counter space and both work great.

We bought this unit to replace a slightly larger GE unit that gave up after 12 faithful years. The old one was beginning to shed the white coating (paint?) on the inside just before the unit died. This unit has a non-painted interior which should eliminate the peeling problem. Also this unit can serve as an air fryer and also as a broiler/grill. It is a bit smaller, but big enough for our needs. So far - about 3 weeks - there have been no issues at all. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Works great. My family and friends that come over ask about the microwave and where did I purchase it because they would like to buy one.

Purchased this for my office it works amazingly. I was worried that the air fryer feature would over load the circuit in the office and cause a power outage but that is not the case. Microwave works wonderful. The air fryer setting works amazing.

I like this microwave because it has an air fry option although, I haven't tried that option yet. Still looking forward to use that option one day. It fits nicely on the counter because smaller but no problem so far. Everything right now is going well

When I saw this I realized I could replace my toaster, air fryer, and my much bigger and older microwave! My husband put it up on a shelf and makes his toast in it now. We've made salmon filets with the air fryer function and the usual microwave stuff. We've only had it a few weeks but it is working great!

General Electric has been making appliances since 1907, so you would think that printing a comprehensive manual would have been something they would have figured about about 100 years ago. You would be wrong. The manual does not even cover what every button does. It skips over major functions. Want to know how the convection or air fryer features work? You should try Reddit because neither is mentioned in the manual. And if you want to see the text on the buttons, a lighted magnifier will help loads. Forget about seeing it in a dim or dark kitchen. The keys are not backlit. I'm considering keeping a flashlight near the oven so I can see what I am doing. The product is okay, but not great. Only reason I'm not returning it is because it is very heavy and I live in a walkup. GE knows better (or should) and these problems should not exist. It is hard to get to functionality when you don't even know how to use it.
