Posted .We appreciate your feedback on the display panel and child resistant door operation. If you wish to disable the two-step latch, follow these steps: 1. Press and hold the “7” key for 3-5 seconds or until you hear a beep. Release. 2. Press the “9” key. Release. 3. Press the “0” key. Release. -- There will be two short beeps and the display will flash “UnLo” to confirm the default condition has been updated successfully. For more details, see page 10 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website. Lauren@GEAppliances

We did not know it was blue on the sides as the front is silver but it went well a our kitchen so we decided to keep it.

We don't use the microwave too much so I didn't see the need to get one with all the bells and whistles when this does what it needs at an attractive price.

Overall this was a good choice and I would choose this microwave again.

I had an 1100 w before and this one is 950 w and found no difference in performance. Touch controls are easy. Love that it is a carousel like the one I had before.

Like the convection added feature. Knob was a little weird at first but quickly beacons easy and simple to use.

This microwave works better and is much quieter than the larger over-the-range microwave we had previously.

Finger print magnet like most stainless steel appliances but looks good overall. Heats up evenly and more quickly than the old Kenmore it replaced.
