The Best Buy crew helped us with the purchase process when we placed an order for the microwave oven and a few days later when we picked up the item from a Best Buy store in Richfield, MN. GREAT product. VERY helpful staff.

We were happy with the performance of the microwave so we were familiar with all of its features. We were pleasantly surprised with the lower price.
