We’ve been using it about 2 weeks and are very happy with it. Make sure to read the directions as the “express cook” options confused me for a minute. I didn’t realize there was a button to push to enter a custom cook time (oops). We find it cooks well for the basic stuff we use it for.

Discovered the new feature of a child lock that goes on as soon as the buzzer goes off. Dont understand why that is needed. Also, the push handle to open is stiff. But returning because I want a smaller size.

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The size of this microwave is perfect I have warmed up and prepared meals for 1 to 10 people with this microwave it has multiple features I have tried most of them and they do exactly what they are programmed to do I only give it four stars it takes 1 minute 30 seconds to warm a cup of coffee but I like my coffee steaming hot

The only thing I don't like is that the door locks after you run it. You have to push the unlock button to get your food back out. This lock is likely what will break first.
