His approach made us feel like he was interested in actively helping my mother in law pick an oven that would meet her needs and be reliable for her uses. I love the way I’m able to push the buttons on the microwave so gently for them to operate other microwaves you have to push on the buttons hard to get certain functions to work. Don’t have to constantly start microwave to heat up food heat up good on first try.

The control panel does not light either. Almost burned the house down twice!! You set the oven for 45 seconds and it changes to 45 minutes by itself. Happened another time when I set it for 30 seconds. It went to 30 minutes!! I would bring it back for a refund if I could carry it to The car to take it back to Best Buy!! GE brand.

Press and hold the “7” key for 3-5 seconds or until you hear a beep. Release. 2. Press the “9” key. Release. 3. Press the “0” key. Release. -- There will be two short beeps and the display will flash “UnLo” to confirm the default condition has been updated successfully.
