      We're glad to hear the microwave is working well for your needs! If the door's two-step opening process isn't convenient, you can disable the child-resistant feature by following a few simple steps—press and hold the “7” key for 3–5 seconds, then press “9” and “0.” You’ll hear two beeps and see "UnLo" on the display, confirming the update.
