Dissatisfied with purchase. The metal on the side of the microwave was dented and there was no damage to shipping carton or the box itself. It was sent that way.

Great produce considering low cost. I am very pleased with my purchase. There are easy-to-follow instructions and the childproof lock system is easily unlocked permanently with one step. It is compact but powerful and is sleek looking. Couldn't be more pleased.

So far so good. Have only had a few weeks. Small footprint. If you're looking for a small microwave for a single plate or reheat a drink this is perfect. If you need to reheat food in larger serving dishes I would look elsewhere. There is enough room for an average dinner plate, but as it rotates the paper towel I typically cover the food with may not rotate 100%, it can get stopped by the walls of the microwave. Reheats fine. Have not tried much else from reheating leftovers. Relatively quiet. Yesterday it did make a noise as it rotated that concerned me a little. Fingers crossed this microwave lasts many years.

It's good size for a small space. Quiet. The door feels a little clunky and it's hard to put in a time if you just want 45 seconds. Other than that, works great and a good price.

In regard to the child lock, they give you instructions on how to disable it. The microwave works fine, as far as we can tell. We just bought it today, but we may return it because you can't read the buttons unless you have a brighter light on them. Why would they not put bright white lettering on it (like the photo shows)?

It works fine. Easy to use and has a light inside when you open the door and while running. It's pretty slow to heat things up overall. I always have to add 30 sec to everything I heat up compared to my old one. The one thing the really bugs me is that its so slow that it either burns popcorn or leave a lot of un-popped kernels. Going to return it.
