    Microwave doesn’t vent all, steam builds up inside it constantly causing it to drip all over after cooking things in it. This is the second GE product I bought that has severe design flaws. The opal ice maker I paid $400 is a useless piece of junk as well . I’ll never buy another product from GE again complete junk from day one!

    Has very loud sound, feel like its exploding. unfortunately passed the return day.

    I bought this last April 7 and it just stop working today. I was so disappointed because I only have 15 days to return this product to best buy.

      We understand your microwave not working must be concerning, and we want to assist. If the microwave isn’t working at all, you may want to check the fuse or circuit breaker to ensure there’s no issue, and/or try disconnecting it from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting; this resets the electrical components and can often resolve an issue. If it may be helpful, more troubleshooting tips are available on page 14 of the manual; that can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product’s page. If you think you need to take advantage of the warranty, information on that is available on page 15.     Trash save your money. The release button barely opens when you put all the pressure to push into it.

    Terrible Product. Do Not buy. It makes a terrible noise and we threw it out after a few months.

    Operation was inconsistent. Sometimes it took 2 to 3 tries to get it to heat. Click wouldn't keep time.

    I needed a good mid-sized stainless steel microwave and I found this one as I walked the showroom floor. I love the quality and I love the price. It doesn't get better than that! Larry (Webster, TX) was my sales rep and he did an excellent job!
