A few of the buttons are in different places but it basically is the same microwave. It’s quiet and very functional. I love GE products and have had great luck with them. Hopefully this microwave will last as long as my other one. Highly recommend it. Hope this helps.

We required a lower wattage oven and it fit the bill. So far it has been a good replacement for our 25+ year old microwave that died. Well packaged and delivered on time.

I did not like the standard controls come with a child lock already on but understand why it’s there. Great for a an apartment. I bought this for my one bedroom apartment and have no issues with it.

The microwave is light so opening its door, you have to hold the oven with one hand and push the door lever forward.

Not only does it fit perfectly in our space, it works with great ease. GE is a terrific comapny and this microwave defintiely surpasses all expectations. Additionally, the BB specialist did a fantastic job helping me find the right product for my needs. he best experience all around!!!!

Only one problem it is difficult to read the buttons. It would be a plus if the control area was backlit. Otherwise, it is working great.

The Best Buy crew helped us with the purchase process when we placed an order for the microwave oven and a few days later when we picked up the item from a Best Buy store in Richfield, MN. GREAT product. VERY helpful staff.

Posted .We are so pleased to hear you are loving your new microwave. This model gives many different options and does get hot quickly. It is so nice to hear this met your price point and was good for your budget. The door on this model will automatically lock every time a cooking cycle starts as a safety precaution. If you'd like to disable this feature the instructions are on page 10 in your manual. The manual can be found under the features on Best Buys site or on our GE Appliances site under the product page.
