Had a large microwave A 2.2 and was great but burnt the popcorn every time the wattage was to high, it also interfered with my computer. the 1.1 was a great find no interference and cooks well for 4 people, easy to clean and looks good in stainless wattage is good and very little noise

GE has been my go to microwave brand for decades and this one definitely raised the bar. I love how roomy the inside is and boy does it get hot! Beautiful stainless steel matches our large appliances perfectly and it doesn’t take up too much space on the counter! I definitely recommend!

Great microwave. Heats fast and looks really nice. Large but not too big for the counter. The touch pad is simple to use and is similar to the microwave we were replacing. I'd buy this microwave again and I recommend it.

I bought this for my parents to replace their old GE microwave which was on its last legs (we got 20+ years of use out of it - believe me, we got our value). So I searched around and found this unit to replace it. Best Buy had the best price and it was easy to compare this to other microwave units they had (e.g. would it fit on the countertop, dimensions, functionality, etc.). Since we bought it, they have loved it. The operation is similar to other GE microwaves so there wasn't much of a learning curve. It is also easy to clean, given its size and the stainless steel blends in perfectly with the kitchen decor. I like how GE added presets for various food types - it makes it easy when you're on the go or you're cooking a large meal and you don't have time to sit and set an appliance to do the work you need completed.

We have owned this microwave for about 2 months now. It has 900 watts and it replaced a 1200 watt Kenmore that we had owned for many years, providing great service, until one day it just quit. We would've bought another Kenmore, but their sales rep didn't know when they could get a S/S model in stock. So we looked around and bought this GE at Best Buy. It has a nicely done stainless steel finish and is more compact than our Kenmore model but it still heats the same things the older one did, it just takers a little more time with 300 fewer watts. Features and functions work well and it has some we didn't have on the previous unit. It does what we need it to do and so far it has worked fine. If it lasts as long as our Kenmore did, I will be very happy.

Needed a microwave that was easy to use for my Dad’s new senior apartment - this fit the counter space perfectly and was easy for him to use. The push pad was simple and easy for him to engage with arthritic hands.

Bought to replace a 12 year old microwave. Smaller foot print with a larger cooking space than our previous model and much quiter. Easy to use, no issues noted. Also nice looking and doesn't feel cheap. Stainless steel around top and three sides so it looks high end without the high price.

Beautiful, very quiet, just the right size. Cooks evenly. Enjoy it's simplicity.

The microwave is very quiet while running and the beep is loud enough without being too loud. It heats food as it should. It is the perfect replacement for our 18 year old microwave. For those reviews complaining about the buttons being a cheap plastic film and having a yellow sticker that leaves behind residue, that film is supposed to be removed from the buttons. The sticker says “Remove protective film before use” and is stuck on the protective film that is covering the buttons. Remove the film and you have shiny buttons underneath.

Our old microwave had run it's course. We wanted a stainless steel microwave, but needed one that would fit the area we had built for the old one. This one fits perfectly, is nice looking and was inexpensive too! Win!

Bought a display model from my local best buy for $65 after using my rewards coupon. Couldn't pass it up. Very easy to use, doesn't take up too much space and its not too loud to me. So far so good.
