My 37-year-old Litton microwave suddenly expired. I realized I needed a new microwave right away since I use this appliance every day. I conducted online research, compared features and price points, read reviews and settled on this product. I ordered online and Best Buy had it ready for pickup in an hour. It has performed excellently and is much quieter than my old Litton -- a real plus! My only complaint is that it did not come with an Owner's Manual. I had to go on the manufacturer's website to download and print the owner's manual so I could learn how to operate the microwave.

It was a gift who moved to the apartment. He said it was very easy to use and the perfect size for a single guy to use

Bought this microwave for a staff room at work. It is easy to use, easy to clean. Great size for all lunches to be warmed up.

Great looking microwave, easy to operate. Replaced 10 year old microwave, this one fit into the same space with no issues. Hope to get 10 years out of this system.

Super quiet, and seems like it heats the food up from the inside out. The stainless steel parts do smudge up a, but a quick wipe and they’re gone.

Simple, basic microwave with a nice finish. Fairly quiet and I love that it does not constantly beep loud after it's done warming. Great price, definitely recommended.

Good size microwave. Works great. Like that you can press the 1 or 2 and it will cook for 1 or 2 minutes. Also like the extra 30 seconds button you can push.

We bought the exact same GE Microwave Model JES1145SHSS five years ago and it started to cut out power. We loved it so much and use it everyday for heating water, vegetables and leftovers. The new one is just as easy to use, not to big and works good. Only complaint is they still have not made the button labels brighter or backlit. Love the interior light that turns on during operation and when the door opens. This feature is missing on many other manufacturers. The price is amazing for the features.

This is a great microwave, I know because I had it for a year, but it started to rust inside. I have no idea how it happened, but the rust was concerning because I know metal and microwaves don't mix. Also, the soft-touch button pad controller started to lose sensitivity. GE is a great brand, in that, once I reached them within the year warranty, they readily agreed to replace it. This microwave is the perfect size and cooks evenly, just not sure it handles wear and tare so well. But GE stands by its products, so we will try one more time
