Generally, it’s a good unit, but I’m still trying to get used to the annoying rattle that the turntable makes every time the door is closed. The “add 30 seconds” button is not well located. Otherwise, it’s attractive and functional.

The people complianing about the keypad pealing didn't remove a clear protective plastic covering that they ship the unit with. ( I didn't see it for several weeks and I am usually very careful about that :)) It is actually pretty quiet.

This GE microwave operates better than our built-in. It has great power options for quick heating of beverages and foods. The power is perfect and I can heat water for a cup of tea in less time than the built-in microwave.

(We had a small one with low power and hated it, so now this is SUPER-nice!) It is a good size for the countertop and gets the job done. It was on sale when we bought it, which was a bonus.

Got it on deal of the day. It has served me well. Its stainless steel so perfectly matches with my other ss appliances. It has some quick menu items and custom timer, and its easy to use. I would recommend this to any one.
