Ordered this microwave online and received it next day even with free shipping. Controls are big and easy to read even for my 91 yr old mother. Very happy with this purchase.

LOVE THIS MICROWAVE!! HAD THE SAME ONE TWICE NOW, AND ALWAYS STAY WITH GE.!! OUR VERY FIRST MICROWAVE WAS ABIT BIGGER IN 2000 AND THEN WE GOT THIS ONE IN 09 AND AGAIN IN 021~~~!!!! CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT SIMPLE, EASY AND EFFICIENT!! IF WE FIND SOMETHING WE LIKE, WE STAY WITH THAT SAME NAME BRAND FOR RELIABILITY!!

Previously had a GE and it lasted for 12 years so we stuck with GE again. So far it has met our expectations and is very easy to operate

I do not know why anyone would give this a bad review. It is the BEST, BEST BEST, counter top microwave ever. Love it. It has all the cooking options I wanted, plus more. It has a nice big inside. I especially wanted to be able to do my own cook time. I am so pleased.

I love the microwave......it warms up fast I like that the light turns on when you open the door and you can see your food cooking plus I love how the microwave looks in my kitchen.

Happy with our purchase. Controls very similar to the nine year old microwave we replaced so no problem learning how it works.

Not many instructions came with it, but controls are pretty much self explanatory. I like that it is almost identical to my old one so easy for me to use. Main thing I required was the 1100 Watts.

Bought this because the dimensions fit EXACTLY our built in cabinet space. Our old one fried and this was need to replace it. Works great and looks perfect! Nice buy - on sale too!

I have owned it for around a month. In that time it has been easy to use and the sensor feature has been convenient in heating different foods and beverages.

This microwave is fine. It's stylish looking and works well. Easy control touch pad. One thing that could be better is the opening and closing. It doesn't seem as solid as it could be. Overall a good buy.

This is a fantastic microwave if you're looking for something that is basic and gets the job done.

We had a G E microwave purchased 10 or more years ago that had served us daily for that time period, and performed without problems, so after reading the reviews decided to purchase a new similar model, so far it has met our expectations.

I picked up this GE model for our soon to be finished kitchen counter. Unfortunately there was a delay and it didn't get installed for a few weeks. When installed we realized the door didn't open and close properly and the latch is failing. I tried to return it since it had not been used, but was told that was impossible. Customer Service insisted it could only be returned if I had paid extra for Geek Squad insurance. Buyer beware I guess. One would think Best Buy would stand by their new products. I have not purchased anything from Best Buy in a long time. I don't plan to be returning to purchase anything in the future.
