I bought it to replace a similar unit that I let get too dirty and the tract got rusted out so the turntable couldn't turn. I learned my lesson. I would like the button labels to be in larger print.

If it appears that the plastic coating over the keypad is degrading, then please check to be sure it is not the protective keypad covering that comes on new microwaves and should be removed. If this is not the case, then we recommend contacting GE Factory Service at 1-800-432-2737 for assistance.

I bought this after my old one finally gave up the ghost and stopped working after over a decade of hard use. Note that this one is the next generation of my old one. The reheat feature works great.

This is a time tested product for us. It is the third, of this model, that we have owned in approximately 20 years. It performs well. There were no suprises.

The door feels very cheaply made expect it to be next to go. It otherwise operates as expected (so far).
