I purchased this microwave to replace a microwave I had owed for over 10 years. I had no idea how much microwaves have changed. My old microwave was designed to do a bunch of stuff I never used it for. This one is perfect for what I use a microwave for: reheating, defrosting, popcorn and heating water. It has easy to use buttons for those things. I really like the “reheating” button because that is what I use most often. It’s simple to use and if you need help, the instructions are on the inside of the door. I also noticed it is easy to clean. A damp sponge wipe down does the trick. It’s a great microwave. I hope it last 10 years like my old one, but I’ve only had it for two months. It seems well built.

Nice size great price easy to use would purchase again

The microwave I recently purchased was the same one that I already had and needed to replace after many years, I liked that particular model, it had the features I needed and it was the right size that I needed also. I also preferred to have a white microwave to go with all the other appliances in my kitchen and lucky for me it was made in white.

This is a good quality countertop microwave oven, easy to use, attractive, and a good size. Had the prior model for seven years and was pleased with it, so decided to get this model.

Excellent cooking and easy to use controls. The door is a bit lightweight feeling - hard to close pushing on the top corner, more sturdy in the lower corner. Not a big deal, but expected a bit more heavy duty

The microwave works for us as advertised. It is also really good for the price and the timeline that I needed to complete the purchase in. However, the button to open the door is difficult to activate. You have to be perfectly centered on the button to get it to work. Further, the door continues to be stiff to close. I would also like the buttons on the keypad to be a little larger. All things that if I had a floor model to look at first I might have chosen a different model.

I bought this unit to replace my 13+ year old GE microwave. The old unit was still working fine but looking tired. It seems to be of the same quality of my old one and I expect it will last just as long. I’ve had great luck with all my GE appliances over the years. This unit has plenty of power and simple to use keypad with convenient pre-programmed buttons. For the price I don’t think you can go wrong.

This microwave is a little bigger than I wanted but it was available for purchase in the store so I bought it. It's easy to use and I like that it's over 1000 watts. My favorite feature is the 30 second key which can be added onto the time while the microwave is heating or as a separate key. I also like that there is a light that stays on while cooking and when the door is opened. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase.

The old micro was starting to fail (badly). I decided it was time to replace it and checked Best Buy online. Found this one an thought it would be perfect. It arrived very quickly and it is just perfect. Easy to use, easy to clean, a very fair price, and it works great. I'm really happy with it!

Just the rights size fits where I wanted it. Quiet and fast.

Great mid-size microwave- Heats evenly and easy to use.

There are mixed reviews on this new model. We replaced a similar microwave from GE with this one and were a bit nervous about purchasing because reviews are not great. One thing I will say is the the build of it is not as good as the last one. The door is a bit flimsy, the turntable is made of thinner glass and the plastic piece to turn the turntable is pretty fragile. So far, we have had no issues with the microwave and it works as well as the old one did.

Great product when it works, but quality control by the manufacturer is lacking. The 1st one stopped heating just prior to expiration of warranty. Replacement under warranty required my buying a new product out of pocket , but not without prior approval of claim by GE, which meant 10 days with no microwave,and the being given a courtesy check after sending them proof of purchase via snail mail and another wait for reply. Also replacement had to be returned for manufacture defect; the door didn't close properly. Hopefully 3rd time's the charm!

Purchased for my apartment. Pretty big for the counter, so I have it on a cart. Not the biggest size out there, so fits well on the cart, but still big enough and powerful enough to heat/cook large items. Love the microwave overall. The release button for the door is the only kind of cheap-feeling thing. Compared price to other stores and all were within around $10 of each other. Best Buy wasn't the cheapest, but for the difference, I would rather deal with Best Buy's reputation and service.

While heating up my lunch I noticed a burning smell not associated with the food I was heating. The microwave had finally given up after 11 years. I needed something compact yet powerful. This GE fit the bill. It had all of the features I needed. The design is sleek giving me more cooking area in the existing space than the previous microwave.

I needed a simple countertop microwave. It can't be too small. And this one was white and a very nice size. And works perfectly.

Nice, door is a little lite so I am adjusting to how to ensure it’s closed. Otherwise works well. Good size.

Very few choices available for a white table model microwave. This one is attractive and the right size. Works well and is easy to operate. No complaints.

I use my microwave numerous times per day and this one does the job. I had this exact model prior but it died, so ended getting the same to replace it. It is just the right size for us and easy to use.

This is a great microwave! The buttons are very easy to use and the operations are intuitive. The microwave is the perfect size to cook 95% of the dishes I cook. The cost of the product is a good value. On a different note, I was pleasantly suprised that the item was shipped to me in two days instead of the estimated nine days.
